Barn Burning

I loved reading this story. I really loved reading the opinions of all the others that read it also. The majority of the people who read this story agreed that destroying an others property is flat out wrong. their were a few that agreed with Mr. Snopes though. I personally find Mr.Snopes in the wrong, not because he burnt the barn. I found wrong in the way he was living his life. He had absolutely no regard for anyone else but his-self. I  found him to be a sick man. I felt so bad for his son, all he really wanted was for his father to be a good man. I am so glad we have became more civilized than they were. Most of us wouldn't think of doing such terrible things to people. Well, I should say, most of us will not carry out the evil thoughts in our heads. We are human and I am positive at one time or another we are all guilty of having bad thoughts. It is our morals and the stricter laws we have for actions such as the ones from the book.
